Tossed Salad with Pecan Basil Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ½ cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup pecans (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  • Sliced tomatoes and/or salad greens
  1. In a bowl, combine basil and lemon juice.
  2. Whisk in oils and season with salt and pepper for taste.
  3. At the last minute, fold in pecans.
  4. Serve drizzled over sliced tomatoes and/or salad greens.
