Pecan Kimchi

Serves:  4-4oz servings

  • 16 oz jar of kimchi
  • 2 oz fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp pecan butter
  1. In small bowl mix fish sauce with pecan butter until well blended.
  2. Pour kimchi into medium size bowl and gently toss with pecan fish sauce.  If too thin, add more pecan butter.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and serve as a side to Asian dishes.
