With the nutty taste of pecans and zesty lemon dressing, this spinach and pecan salad is cure to add flavor to any meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh spinach, cleaned and trimmed
- 1-1/2 cups of pecans, chopped (may also use pecan halves)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 lemon rind, grated
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- ½ cup oil
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except spinach for 15 seconds.
- Toss with spinach and serve
