The June 2019 issue of Pecan South magazine features the 2019 NPSA Pecan Chefs Summit that was just hosted at the Culinary Institute of American – San Antonio Campus, John B. Sanfilippo & Son, and Comal Pecan Farm in New Braunfels, Texas. The event was partially funded by the American Pecan Council showcasing the versatility of the pecan among commercial foodservice brands and their research and development chefs.
