The National Pecan Shellers Association, on behalf of its members, has reserved a block of rooms at Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake, at a discounted group rate.
Reservations
The NPSA rate at the Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth West Lake is $209/night.
All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. The current tax rate is 13%. Rates are applicable for single, double, triple, or quad occupancy.

Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Any cancellations due to medical emergencies that can be verified shall not be charged a penalty.

Check-in at the hotel is after 3:00 p.m., and check-out is 11 a.m.

Why Stay at the NPSA Hotel?
The NPSA 2024 Annual Meeting can conduct high-quality meetings at desirable sites for a reasonable registration fee because a block of hotel rooms is reserved for meeting attendees. In exchange for filling the required number of sleeping rooms, NPSA is permitted to use the hotel’s meeting space at no cost, thus keeping registration fees low. In addition, meeting attendees receive a reduced rate for their sleeping rooms. We kindly request that all meeting attendees take advantage of the group rate and stay at the NPSA 2024 Annual Meeting property, Marriott Dallas/Fort Worth Westlake.
Community: Networking is easier and more enjoyable because the NPSA hotel hosts the meeting attendees in one location.
Value: Hotel rates, like airfares, vary greatly. NPSA-negotiated group rates are the lowest, given the number of rooms required to accommodate all conference participants. NPSA has taken great care to book competitive rates and amenities over the period we are in Austin, Texas. Still, less expensive hotel rooms will always be available. If you find a less expensive hotel rate, take care to compare it to NPSA’s contracted hotels to ensure that your expectations are met.
Hotel reservations should only be made directly with the hotel link or phone number provided on the NPSA website. The hotels will not contact attendees to solicit reservations. NPSA has not contracted with any management company for reservations; if you are approached by a third party offering to help you with room reservations, or offering you a lower room rate at any of the hotels listed, it is most likely fraudulent and we do not recommend responding. NPSA is not responsible for any damages associated with contracting with a third-party reservation service, which may or may not claim to be associated with NPSA.
