Pecan Milk Cream Gravy
- 2 tablespoon pecan oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup pecan milk
- 1 cup chicken stock
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, whisk together the oil and flour. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in the pecan milk and chicken stock. Cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
